I get occasional breakouts like a week or 2 before my period.. Whats the best acne spot treatment?

I started microdermabrasion at home a week ago to get rid of acne scras.. but I am breaking out again.. I have noticed I breakout aroundthe time of my mense.. I need a good acne spot treatment I can buy in a drugstore ( like rite aid)..

Okay. First of all you sould get an acne treatment that is right for you. Dont get an acne treatment at a drugstore on the shelves. Go to a makeup department. Clinque is the best for acne problems. Get the face soap, and a ll the other stuff for acne. It works really reallly good. Try it. Also Arbonne is good. You can order Arbonne products online. But I maily use Clique. I have had no breakouts. Try these produsts bc they work really well.
