What are some treatments of insomnia besides sleep aids?

I have already taken all the sleep medications there is. Im thinking of a sleep clinic but I heard if you have insomnia they just give you a sleep aid.

Forget about treating the insomnia itself. You have to treat the CAUSE of the insomnia. If the cause is mental, such as stress, you have to deal with that. If the cause is physical, such as some disease like Grave's disease, you have to treat that.
