What are any treatments/cure's for AIDS, I''m doing this for a science project?

the cocktail can sometimes prevent HIV from turning into AIDS
the person will need to monitor their diet, exercise, etc to stay healthy

They have been doing research for 15 years or so on making a vaccine against HIV, but HIV keeps changing it's outer structure, so researchers are having a problem making a vaccine to teach our immune system what to look for. (This is also why we need new flu vaccinations each year. The influenza virus changes its appearance each year. However, HIV changes at a MUCH faster pace.)

There is no cure for Aids, or HIV but i wish there where. I know there are around 20 really good meds on the market now, and researches feel that one day there will be a cure. I feel it is good to dontate any money to the hiv organizations, and talk with friends and family about being safe and using percautions when putting themselves at risk for the virus.
