What is the best first aid treatment for water burns?

I mean if hot water poured on someone what firts aid treatment should be administered

Run under cold running water, for approximately 10 minutes or until the pain subsides, or in icy cold water, that has ice in it.

If a blister has appeared then seek medical attention, especially if a area bigger than the hand, or if its a young child.

First you need to rinse it with cold water until it stops burning, it may take a long time but it will help. Then wrap it with a dry sterilized bandage. If it is deep into the skin ( red and you can see that the skin is gone) rinse it and get to the hospital.

get the wound to cool down by pouring cold water on it.....
