There are myriad treatments.

Cure, however, remains elusive. The explanations behind the failure to cure this devastating condition range from the scientific to the political to the financial.

There are treatments, but no cure there is a difference. There are hundreds of diseases we don't have cures for from multiple sclerosis, asthma, Parkinson's, arthritis, lupus, diabetes, etc...

Even with all the money sunk into cancer there is no complete cure.

Science is trying to find a cure and has found better treatments but there are limitations.

There are treatments, no cure. aids would be almost entirely wiped out if we also wiped out promiscuity.

There are1000s of diseases, like Cancer for which there is no treatment. Only AIDS which, in recent , times has multiplied fast has become noticeable. Scientists all over the world are trying to find a solution. They will surely find, one. The question is how soon.

Regrettable and shameful.

Shamefull because the Govt spening millions to provide awareness with all means available. if the 4 answers from the ducated is any indication, the whole money and effort is going into drain. .

Regretable because the ducateds have least awareness in spite of wide publicity.

AIDS is not a disease!

It is a syndrome - meaning condition uncomparable to diabetes, BP etc.

aids paves the way for other diseases to concur the body and the system

there are medicines now available

AIDS can be treated and sometimes cured also.
