What else can I try to put and keep my asleep?

I have been to the dr's 4 times, Ive tried Lunesta, which doesnt work, just gives me a metal taste in my mouth, ambien, which does help a little but I wake up an hour later, Ambien Cr, which did help, but the dr only prescribed for 2 weeks, she said she didnt want me to rely on them.I was then prescribed Trazadone, which doesnt work, and gives me bad nightmares.I have also tried over counter sleep aids, Melatonin, Kava Kava, Valerian root, and Chamomille tea to no avail. I am allergic to milk, so I cant try that.Im a completely frustrated and dont know what else to do.I have tried the relaxation type treatment, but I still wake up continuesly.Is there anything else I should do? Or just get a new doctor?

Also, I get plenty of exercise, a good diet, no caffeine, and I dont drink alcohol.

have u tried benadryl? how about rozerem?

Try counting sheep, have a clear mind and try reading as it is a natural sleep tranqualizer.

I don't know why but every time I play back the part back in my mind in the movie office space where he goes to the hypnotist deeper and deeper lol it works for me
