Polycystic ovary syndrome (PCOS) and medical aid...? |
I was diagnosed with PCOS a year ago and I'm no going on a new medical aid. The deal sound fine, but they don't want to pay for the first 12 months for any treatment for PCOS. I don't plan to try and have a child in that time and I can pay for the pills I need. But I'm worried that I might need a opoeration for some basar reason and I wont be abel to pay that. I have PCOS too and i know how things can go SO WRONG right when you want everything to be perfect. I personally think you should TRY to find another company (though I know how hard that can be with a condition such as PCOS) because it would be SO worth it if you can find one that will help you from the beginning. |
