Pls. help, my baby's scrotum on the right side has a pinkish rash. What to do?

Is there a first aid treatment for this? My baby is exactly one month old. Pls help. Thank you so much.

as long as it's not all over the body (the rash), it may just be a diaper rash. be sure to wipe w/ non alcohol, non perfumed, etc,...wipes, clean dry diaper, NO TALCS!, & use a diaper cream. i like butt paste, but recently my doctor recommended a&d ointment, as it's safe since it's just a & d vitamins. it really soothes my baby, especially since that area looks really irritated at times, helps keep him dry, and it's great for other stuff too.

there are cream medications (over the counter)..however the best trick is to NOT scratch the itch for the baby and place a warm towel or cloth on the itchy area to sooth it...it should go away on it's own

A & D ointment after EVERY diaper change, regular baths, and extra care when wiping the area.
if nothing helps, go to the doctor for an Rx, or at least a pro opinion
