Which ones do you agree with or which ones do you disagree with?

2) We need a democratic president.
3) More money should be spent on AIDS research and treatment.
4) More money should be spent on education..
5) We should pull out of Iraq.
6) Global warming is real and man-made.
7) More money should be spent on the homeless.
8) More money should be spent on social programs for single moms.
8) The death penalty should be abolished.
9) Windfall profit taxes for oil companies.
10) Allow openly gay people in the military.
11) Universal health care
12) Free college tuition for everyone.
13) More taxes on the rich.
14) Stricter gun control laws

15) find a way for undocumented workers to become legal citizens.

Yes, I agree with all of the above!

YES to all, however I hazard a guess that regardless of political affiliation, we need a president that embraces all those above mentioned issues....it happens to be more likely a Democratic rather than a Republican...we need a good president regardless

Yes all of these sound great.

No: there are some States in the US where cousins are already allowed to get married and I don't think it should apply to us. Otherwise...I don't care what happens in America. I just wish to hell the US would stay out of other countries' business (including my own) when the US can't even handle its own domestic issues with any degree of dignity.

I don't care if a Democrat or Republican wins: its misery for the rest of the planet regardless. But I do think the Democrat primaries served one purpose: pitching candidates against each other that can only benefit...the Republicans.

I really do wonder why the only black candidate to ever have gone so far (and who is half-white), is the son of a black Kenyan immigrant, and not a descendant of an African-American slave? I don't think the public over there would have supported him that far if he was...because when you look at it, it is still a very divided and racist and bigoted country.

And the rest of the world sees it, live on our news services, every single day, which have less censorship than the domestic US ones.

Land of the free? You gotta be kidding! Yourselves, if not us!

Yea, Yea -- well anyway I can't understand one thing though.
Gay folks in the past have basically thumbed their noses at tradition espically a tradition that is dominated by the heterosexual world like marriage .. But now suddenly gays want to get married - Is it for property rights ? Is it for health care ? - I have a feeling it is both - but hey that's my opinion.

1. Gay marriage should be illegal in the whole world.
2. We need a good president - preferable Ronald Regan type.
3. Money should be spent on all illnesses. Aids for the most part is preventable. Sounds mean but for the most part it is true.
4. More money should be spent on prisons schools are overrun with illegals dragging down the curve. So education ( public ) in the USA is at the bottom of the pit.
5. We should stay the course until the animals are trained and tamed by the strongest military in the world.
6.Global warming is emotion based and not proven.
7. The bums should be thrown into work camps and be forced to earn their keep.
8. Death row should be reduced to one cell with one person in it per prison. The rest should be gone. DEAD
9. I agree with you on that !!
10. Ya - agree on that one too !!
11. Agree - but with limitations.
12. Nope. - You get what you pay for.
13. Nope - what would be the incentive for people to work hard ?
14. Aint going to work. If a criminal wants a gun he will get one. The normal "JOE" that is a law abiding jerk has to wait - he is normally going to rob or kill someone.

1) Gay marriage should be legal in all 50 states.
YES
2) We need a democratic president.
No, we need a GOOD president. Both Republicans and Democrats are annoying. Dems, however are better.
3) More money should be spent on AIDS research and treatment.
YES
4) More money should be spent on education..
YES!
5) We should pull out of Iraq.
YES YES YES
6) Global warming is real and man-made.
YES/Sort of...It occurs naturally, however man has made it a million times worse since the Industrial Revolution. Go us! Destroyers of the planet :(
7) More money should be spent on the homeless.
YES
8) More money should be spent on social programs for single moms.
YES
8) The death penalty should be abolished.
YES (you have two 8's)
9) Windfall profit taxes for oil companies.
not sure
10) Allow openly gay people in the military.
YES
11) Universal health care
YES
12) Free college tuition for everyone.
YES
13) More taxes on the rich.
YES
14) Stricter gun control laws
YES

1) Gay marriage should be legal in all 50 states.
Agreed.

2) We need a democratic president.
No opinion.

3) More money should be spent on AIDS research and treatment.
Disagree. I think it should be put towards stem cell research and cancer research.

4) More money should be spent on education.
Agreed! And less on our failing military.

5) We should pull out of Iraq.
Agreed.

6) Global warming is real and man-made.
Disagree. But it doesn't hurt to clean up.

7) More money should be spent on the homeless.
Disagree.

8) More money should be spent on social programs for single moms.
Depends on the situation, age, and liability.

8) The death penalty should be abolished.
Disagree. We need to convert back to the eye-for-an-eye days.

9) Windfall profit taxes for oil companies.
I don't think it'd do much, honestly.

10) Allow openly gay people in the military.
Not until the country accepts us.

11) Universal health care.
Agreed.

12) Free college tuition for everyone.
Disagree, although it should be cheaper.

13) More taxes on the rich.
Depends. If it's hard-earned, then perhaps not.

14) Stricter gun control laws.
Agreed.

15) Find a way for undocumented workers to become legal citizens.
No opinion. This country was formed by immigrants, but they should be legalized.

1. Yes I do, if some states can get on the ball why can't others.
2. I believe Obama is that president.
3. This is not going to happen, more money is made on people having the disease not getting rid of it.
4. This should happen but its hard to find funding.
5. This should have happened long ago.
6. This is true and I think thats why some many are now seeing the error of there ways.
7. Yes, because some states are worser than others.
8. This I do not believe because some people do such horrible crimes that they need to be put to death.
9. I don't know what that is but it probably won't happen.
10. I believe in that but there is a safety risk by doing this, have you ever seen the movie soldier's girl.
11. Yes and no on this one.
12. No, and i'll tell you why healthcare is expensive someone has to pay the cost because some meds are in the thousands.
13. This is a good one, won't ever happen.
14. I believe in this but like I said before there is money to be made.

I'm OK with everything except number 14: I believe that guns should be registered and gun-owners should be required to take a course in gun safety and marksmanship and be licensed, just as drivers are required to take drivers safety courses and be licensed.

I would also go through the Federal government and look for areas of unnecessary duplication (and eliminate them), and look for ways to streamline Federal agencies;

I would drastically re-allocate Federal funding so we have adequate money for a realistic defense but we're not pouring 50 percent of our GNP into defense;

I would offer illegal immigrants a way to become U.S. citizens by having them agree to work a certain number of years in a CCC-like agency rebuilding infrastructure such as roads, bridges, parks, our electrical grid, sewers, etc. while learning English and American history and government; and if they fulfill their work requirement and can demonstrate written and verbal proficiency in English and U.S. history and government, then they would be allowed to become citizens. (Able-bodied welfare receipients who were able to work would also be a part of this force.)

I would mandate that not only will our budget be balanced, but we are committed to paying off the debt within 30 years and our first goals would be to pay back China (which owns 30 percent of the U.S. debt), put in place price supports and protective tariffs to jumpstart the American manufacturing and service sectors, and wean us off OPEC oil as quickly as possible.

Finally, I would appoint Congressional investigators to probe malfeasance by this administration over the last eight years, along with a special prosecutor to begin prosecuting wrongdoing which has occurred.

I'll answer your questions in order:
1- Gay marriage should be legal. What difference does is make if people of the same sex want to be married? Let's not go with the "well what if they want to marry goats next?" argument. It stops with people, more specifically, consenting adults.

2- We need whoever will do the best job as president, whether it be a democrat or a republican. I think people have lost sight of that in all the democrat vs. republican mess.

3- Sure, more money should be spent on AIDS research. It should also be spent on cancer research, this research and that research. Where would the money come from? Someone else said it, US. People who say "more money should be spent on this" should go out, raise awareness and start raising money themselves as opposed to trying to get hand outs.

4- Ditto on spending more on education. In addition, we should also teach kids to APPRECIATE education. That's part of them problem too.

5- Maybe we should pull out of Iraq. I don't know enough about the ins and outs of the war to have an informed opinion.

6- Global warming is real and MOSTLY man-made. Some of it is natural.

7- See #3. Some homeless do deserve a fighting chance in the form of Good Samaritans. Some landed themselves in the situation they're in, so should we really just give out money?

8- What sort of social programs? And why just single moms? Why not single fathers too, they DO exist.

9- The jury's still out on this one for me since errors have been made when it comes to the guilty verdict. So, the risk condemning innocent people to death doesn't outweigh the benefit of punishing criminals.

10- Sure, why not. Why can't gay people fight for their country too?

11- N O. Universal healthcare is a good idea IN THEORY. In practice, it will raise our taxes astronomically.

12- Sure, but where would the money come from? Take a look at our public school systems. That's what would happen to our colleges if we made them free.

13- Nope. Just because they knew how to get off their asses and make their own money, doesn't mean they should be taxed more for it. And just how do you define rich? What you might see as "rich", someone else might see as "middle class". You need to be more specific.

14- How much stricter? Let's not forget that we do have the right to bear arms in this country.

Basically, these are all valid issues, but I think you should take them one at a time and flesh out the questions a bit more.

1) absolutely
2) we do right now
3) I haven't studied it, but probably
4) well we also need to fix a few things, it's not all about money or to be solved by money, but yeah, maybe
5) yes, but smartly. You don't repair any environment by suddenly leaving it. We messed things up over there, if we just disappear there will be consequences. this isn't a vanishing game, it has to be done smart. Pull out yes, but not just any way will not cause more damage.
6) bs. Scientists are finding that at least most of it is due to cycles of the sun and sun spots. The earth is also full of cycles, natural cycles. I don't think mankind should be as sloppy as we have been, and earth friendly is a darn good move and long time coming. But we can't take credit/blame for singlehandedly causing this, that's unfounded at best, scientifically speaking. We should be smarter in how we do things though, and we should take care of the earth and not just ourselves. Shortsighted is bad.
7) yes
8) I haven't even heard about those, so I have no idea. Link me?
8.1) yeah, probably. But we also have a problem with prison crowding, so...something needs to chnage there as well
9) I don't know
10) absolutely
11) no and yes. Depends on what it means and how it's done. Trying to do the impossible will kill the government and that's not a good idea.
12) maybe, but then again, who would pay it and how would you get the money? Education should be widespread and the money is a bother...but someone has got to pay it. Again I don't know how it would be possible and it depends on what it means.
13) I don't know, but shouldn't they pay just like us? if it's unequal then equalize it, but I don't like the idea of picking on people more only because they are successful. They won't be for long if we use taxes to steal their money.
14) I don't know, and no. I think we have a lot of restrictions as it is, what restrictions more would you want? I don't think keeping everyone unarmed (without guns) is a good idea. Education and permits and smart control is good. Forbidding guns invites the use of other weapons and only the very dangerous having guns. Which is a step in the wrong direction.

1 = NO
3 = NO
7 = NO
8= NO
10= NO
15= NO It's not a priority, figure out a way to motivate lazy fat azz Americans to take car of their own damn country, this includes selective service.

Everything else I agree with.
