With the Taliban raking in $100,000,000 in opium sales last year, (which is processed into heroin), should heroin dealers face the same charges as terrorists? Since their sales go directly into terrorists' pockets, do you think they are aiding and abetting terrorists? What about addicts? Should they be charged as terrorist abettors if they refuse treatment?

Sure, call a spade a spade. Trafficing drugs reaps great rewards for dealers and those transporting the drugs. The growers get very little and the users get the addiction. Those in between should get what they deserve and the UN and all countries should treat them equally. Life sentences or death would not be too harsh. Keeping them locked up for life is terribly expensive. So opt for the short term punishment.
