Do you support medical marijuana?

Do support medical marijuana for treatments if cancer, AIDS, Migraines, chronic pain, glaucoma, ect.?

Personally I do support it because I had to take Oxycontin after surgery and because of my migraines and chronic back pain and it made me vomit.

What are your thoughts?

I absolutely support medical marijuana. I think that anything that could make people healthy, or more comfortable should be researched and prescribed by doctor- if it can help even a small amount. I think that it is close minded to assume to prevent marijuana from being studied or used to treat disease. The last person I want to see in jail is the cancer patient who smoked pot because chemo therapy made him loose his appetite. Putting him in jail actually seems like a crime to me.

No because marijuana is not a treatment for those conditions it does not in any way shape or form change the under lying condition. Marijuana is a drug that takes the edge off of pain, makes it unimportant, allows you to distance your self from it but that's it.
There is only one legitimate reason to consume marijuana and that's if you are using the process described here http://www.helium.com/tm/148271 to actively experience pain signals and fix your problems.

I believe it should be possible to get a prescription if it will help you medically, which has been proved. I have heard of some people who have a document stating they are allowed to be in the possession of marijuana for medical reasons. Not very much though.

lol i support rec weed use anyways.but now theyve gone and concentrated the thc and put it in a pill form.i dont know y they can prescribe oxycotton and prometh nd all that good stuff but bust ppl for weed.i totally support medical weed especially for cancer and aids..those ppl got some tough sh*t goin on the least u could do is help with the pain

i personally think it should be legal. it also helps me relax and calm down.

Yeah, I support it medically. I smoked it when I was younger until I found out it puts three times the tar in your lungs that cigarettes do. It makes you feel good but people don't want to believe it's bad for you.

well i support recreational marijuana. there is really no reason why alchohol and cigarettes are legal and marijuana isnt.
