Setting up a first aid kit

I am setting up a first aid kit I believe I need a negative/positive antibiotic, treatment for external parasites and treatment for internal parasites could anyone recommend good quality medications

I would really suggest waiting... While this sounds good on paper, if you buy medications now, and don't use them for a year or two, there is a very good chance they'll expire... Medications, unlike wine, do not better with age. Formalin decomposes to paraformaldehyde, tetracyclines (tetracycline, minocycline, oxytetracycline) degrade and become more toxic, and many others do the same. Really, it'd be better to just have a couple absolute necessities on hand, and then rush for specific treatments as the symptoms develop.

Triple Sulfa and Trisulfa are effective against many gram negative and gram positive bacteria, and don't degrade significantly as tetracyclines do. For more specific treatments, Maracyn (1) or EM Tabs are good for gram positive infections, and Furan 2, Kanaplex, Maracyn 2, etc.

For internal parasites, Metronidazole, Flagyl, Hexamit, Clout, and others are good, but again, not things I'd want to sit in a drawer for years before use.
