Which diseases can be effectively treated and which are unaffected to treatment?

Strep throat, common cold, rabies, smallpox, anthrax, mumps, tuberculosos, Aids, syphilis, botulism. measles. and influenza.

Generally, anything bacterial can be treated fully. Viruses there isn't much you can do. There are anti-virals, but they only suppress the virus, they don't kill it.
I don't know the answer for all of the ones you asked about, but you could easily look up whether they are viral or bacterial.
Strep, botulism and syphilis are bacterial.
Colds, flu, aids are viral.
The rest I'd need to look up to be sure, I doubt enough to not say for sure.

There are treatments to all of those listed ailments. Treatments are not cures though, even vaccines are not foolproof. And even the common cold if left unchecked can kill a person. Sometimes the only treatment is making the patent as comfortable as possible as they digress.
