Am I allergic to Cortisone Patches? |
I broke my wrist about a year and a half ago, and I've done physical therapy about 3 times, and been diagnosed with tons of different things and i still cant find out what the pain is. I've been to some of the best doctors and gotten some of the most horrible treatments, yet the only thing that bugs me the most are these little patches that look like huge band aids, they have a battery to help the cortisone seep through my skin, well i had a little rash looking thing on my elbow where my patches usually go, it didnt hurt or itch, but all i know is cortisone burns so pain when they put it on my skin. REMEMBER IT"S NOT BEING INJECTED!. You need to go back and ask your doctor this question. Some people are allergic to band aid adhesive. Some band aid adhesives are made to suit sensitive skin. |
