Aids vaccination?

so someone i know has told me that there is a vaccination for aids, however it is only for doctors and surgical nurses? this has come from a very reliable source, but i dont know if it is confidential or not, but i can not find anything about it anywhere? does anyone know why it would only be available to those that work in hospitals performing surgeries? i mean, i know they have a high risk of getting the infection, but if there is a vaccine for it, doesnt it seem unfair to not be offered to everyone? im a lil confused

A recent study has shown a vaccine to be successful against HIV. It is not yet available to general public, perhaps due to the fact that FDA (Federal Drug Administration) has not released it for general public use.

The reason health workers may be the ones using it is because they are at the front lines of exposure to HIV. There are highest at risk for contracting HIV.

I am a health care professional and there is NO vaccine against HIV. I have worked in clinics, and in hospitals in surgical units - there is NO vaccine.

The most promising research into a vaccine was just found to be a failure.
