Why do Christians say that the cervical cancer vaccine is an "Implied Endorsement of Dangerous Behavior"?

I just saw a debate on TV about the Cervical Cancer Vaccine for Girls and women.
The guy who was against the vaccine ( he represented the Christian Coalition of America) said that giving this shot is an "Implied Endorsement of Dangerous Behavior", meaning that it promotes young girls to be promiscuous.

What???? Yes, it's true, that's what he really said.

Could someone PLEASE tell me how he arrived at that conclusion? Or is this just fanatical view shared by few?

Also, if a vaccine for aids was invented, would those same people say that people should not get that shot because it encourages gay sex?

Because Christians want to keep the masses following them, not science. I personally think that these people believe that disease is a will of God and it is some sort of punishment.

The catholic church did the same thing to many people in Africa.It has been proven that condoms can help prevent aids, which happens to be Africa's number one killer. Missionaries went there to preach their adgenda, which is abstinence. If they were really going to help the people, why didn't they hand out condoms?
Again the answer is because they feel AIDS is a punishment from God and should be used as a penalty for sex.

I am sure that those same people who are against the use of condoms and against the cervical cancer vaccine would probably say that people shouldn't get the aids shot if it were available.

Pretty sick huh?

I am a Christian woman and I do not understand or agree with everything that others say, but we must remember that all born again persons are brothers and sisters in Christ and we would probably change those kinds of views better with knowledge and love too.
