AIDS vaccine is available?

yes it's called circumcision:

But their is a "morning after" post infection treatment that some say is 70% effective. It is extremely brutal from what I hear. But better than dying of AIDS, which doesn't seem to be the case like it used to be.

The Mutant Virus idea is a half-myth. Humans tend to grow immune to viruses over a period of generations. Some may already be naturally immune to HIV, such as the Ugandan Prostitutes that just made headlines.

If that wasn't the case, humanity would have been wiped out by the first common cold!

theyre testing one i think but its not available to the public... i doubt it will work though, the virus mutates so rapidly it might be good for a couple years at best but then itll be outdated

Its not really a vaccine, it's a procedure. and its very expensive. And, it don't really provide a permanent cure. Its like cutting the mold off of cheese, it will come back.

no it is still under going experiments you probley won't see an AIDS vaccine for about another 5-7 years! thats something that will have to go through so many boards of doctors and tests before they put that out thats not somethin glike a flu vaccine mess that one up and they will have a whole new world of problems.

No the vaccine is not yet available but I do know that there is lots of testing going on with Monkeys at a well known university near where I live.

Yes, and its a Swedish firm that tested it in AFRICA. that is what I have heard and thats old news now.
