Aids Vaccine Bike Trek 2006. Know anything about it? |
Some relatively new neighbors who I don't really know at all dropped a letter in my mailbox asking for support of a Monteal to Portland AIDS Vaccine Bike Trek next month. I usually donate to AIDS Charities, and to charities for which my neighbors are giving of their personal time. However, I know some of the previous gay bike rides raised a lot more money for the promoters than for charity. This one claims to be different, but before I get out my checkbook, I'd like to hear whether anyone has any feedback on the ride, or the organizing 503(c) group, CharityTreks Sorry, I don't know anything about this, but I wanted to thank you for your comments on the gay marriage question. sorry |
