Treatments and vaccine against aids?

Do you think that researchers, scientifics and others can find really a vaccine against the aids or an adequate treatment without drug for the patients.

Vaccines never work.
But there are already several cures for Aids, which are very similar to the cancer cures, based on completely avoiding all products from drug companies, and consuming only raw organic foods.

There is a famous german research group, whom I heard present a microbiology conference recently whom claims they are about 5-10 years away from the vaccine.

Theoretically, an aids vaccine is possible. The HIV virus is a retrovirus and therefore uses human DNA, plus its constantly mutating. Depsite these obstacles there are some antigens that are found on all HIV capsids so ...that could indicate that a vaccine is potentially producable.

for the vaccine, i'm not sure coz the HIV is a really tough virus. for the drug, there's no adequate treatment without taking medications. at this time, there are still no cures but there are anti-viral drugs used for HIV in order to slow down progression to AIDS or at least relieve patients of their symptoms
