Yes, and it is similar to the government not paying for health care. Health care in the US should be equivalent to the system in France or England along with vaccines available to the public to protect its citizens against outbreak or disease.
While we are at it why not release details about cheap or free energy alternatives available that are being withheld to protect the oil industry. In addition, why not release details of the extraterrestrials visiting this planet and what we know about them.
