Blackworm Virus??????????

I keep getting pop up adds from http://www.amaena.com/securityworm2/?aid... saying that my computer is infected with the blackworm virus, I also get other pop up adds from vulgar websites like sexbuddies.com. What should I do to see if I really have the Blackworm virus and what should I do to stop this pop-up adds they pop up when my internet explorer pop-up blocker is turned on?

You have spyware.


1. Get Spybot - Search & Destroy and do a scan / fix.

2. Get the Yahoo anti-spy toolbar, run that and do a scan / fix.

3. Stop downloading free things from the Internet.

Do a scan-virus and otherwise-on your computer. It may be infected with spyware. That's what happened to a friend's computer and he had to block the programs and get the ITS office at the University where we go to help clean out his labtop.

Download the removal tool from this site and delete the virus. This virus was designed to damage a lot of critical files such as word docs etc

Don't worry about it...it could all be much, much worse! Imagine a giant storm comes crashing over your crib, whiping out all the electricity and thus keeping you from watching tv, now THAt would stink!!!!

I have the same problem everytime I open up the internet, it says download antivirus my computer could be infected with the blackworm virus. I dont know if thats just a pop up ad or what. But I scanned my computer with my own tools and it came out to be fine with no unwanted files and computer is working fine. I never heard of the blackworm virus. I also get the same pop up from that sex site but my scanner says my computer is fine and nothing was detected. So just scan your computer with your own tools and dont download exspecially if you already have antispy and firewall. Well anyway if you get an answer to your problem please let me know so I can apply it to my problem, Good Luck!
