I want to treat AIDS patients so how can I get a healthy and needy patient how I can get a parient?

I am in search of AIDS patients to treat them who should be healthy and of posistive nature and do not feel shy because it will be able be save their lives as well as it will also help to improve the solutions of the treatments. It is seen many people are dying daily but non of them is disclosing their problem and discussing with the other people. AIDS is very minor disease being a virus which can be destroy by heat/sun's rays or some times with cold water or ice. It is also known that cold treatments are some times known as tonic treatments. With the help of air virus are destroyed. Mud also helps to destroy the virus and emptiness/Akash is also helpfull in doing the same thing. So by all the five elements are able to help in the matter. At what place which element will be beneficial so it can be judged with practice as well as discussions with patients. I feel this will be sufficent for introduction. Lot of thanks. With regards.
