Why AIDS is not spread through mosquito's? |
Even AIDS is spread through virus.Why dont it spreads through mosquito's Because the virus is very fragile and cannot survive outside of certain environments for very long. This includes the proper amount of moisture and temperature. This is also why the idea of getting the HIV virus from a toilet seat is such a myth. If the blood, semen, or vaginal secretioins of someone with HIV were to be on a toilet seat, the virus would die in a very short time. In Re to the PS: Yer a whiner. So the mosquito cannot possible transmit it. how on earth can it spread through mosquitoes? mthey suck blood not inject blood I think the virus dies when exposed to oxygen HIV is specific to a type of cell in human being(T4 cells). It only replicates in that kind of cell. It can be carried in the mosquitoes blood and can be possibly transmitted to another human, but the amount of it is too low to cause any damage because our defense system can crush low amount of HIV. |
