When you have aids and you have sex without a condom the virus increases what happens when you use it?

The virus doesn't increase when you don't use a condom, but you expose others to the virus when you don't use a condom. Using a condom doesn't affect the level of the virus in the person with AIDS, it just limits the chances that you will transmit it the person you are having sex with. It is a barrier to reduce the chance of sharing body fluids.

When u use a condom u are not spreading it to others.....
