A cure for aids?

Why is it that we have a cleaning solution for tanning beds that claims it kills the aids virus yet we dont have a cure for aids patients?

Viruses, like HIV, do not live long without a host anyway. So it's easy to kill them on surfaces. Not so easy inside the host.

in these moment doesn't exist any kind of cure for the aids, but you can use condons or have a stable couple in your relation

because once aids is in the blood stream, you can't kill it because it would kill other important parts of you too, it could comtaminate your blood and other fluids, on the surface, it can be cleaned (or disinfected)

They are still working on it,just take your medication if you have it
