Does Lil Flip have Aids?

I know this is and old question but, I heard a while back that he has AIDS. I've searched the internet about this and really haven't been able to find much on the subject. Supposidly a friend of a friend said about a year ago on MTV News they said that he had the AIDS virus. Some lady in ATL said she was seeing flip and see a medication for AIDS medication. Supposidly she's gone as far as to sue Flip for appariently contracting the virus from him. Any truth to this?

Well I don't know if he does or if he doesn't ...I don't know him personally...
