Aids conspiracy theory?

i was reading some very interesting conspiracy theories and jus wanted to know what u guyz think.apparently the condom has microscopic holes bigger than the aids virus itself so effectively it can penetrate one.SCARY.the theory also says virus was made in the usa as an experiment n was spread 2 africans thru contaminated vaccines

I've also read that the HIV virus doesn't really exist, it's just an excuse to drain us of our money. Do I think that the US govt could have extracted this virus from whatever and experimented with it, sure. Do I think that they spread it around on purpose, no. I don't think that would have been a smart way of trying to eliminate what they may consider expendable. Too much of a risk of worldwide contamination. Do I think that HIV doesn't really exist, no. It exists. Too many cases of people who don't have access to meds have been diagnosed with it.

Interesting theory. Never heard the one that the usa created it. I heard it came from apes. So what truth, then is there, to the teaching of doubling up on the condoms.

I have heard of both scenarios. I think they are both true, and anyway, how would anyone of us be able to prove otherwise?

I look at it like this, the only one I am responsible for protecting is myself (with the exception of my daughter to the best of my ability). I have to take the initiative on my own health by choosing my partner wisely and protecting myself until I feel/ it's been proven that he is safe.

You or me cannot stop the spread alone.

There is a real hypothesis about experiments on monkeys in africa which turned badly. But creating a virus, lol from my friends in microbiology !

But if you look at similar viruses in other animals (felines, horses, monkeys), which exists since way back (million + years), the simple cross-contamination/mutation hypothesis looks better to me. According to most experts HIV would date back about 200 years (relatively young), whereas FIV (feline version of AIDS) has existed for million years in felines. As much as 85% lions in some parts of africa live very well with FIV; they seem to have adapted to the virus.

Believe me, nature IS capable of inventing new diseases without human intervention...

That's what happened in Africa. A newspaper wrote that a couple of years ago 1million condoms were sent to Africa (by the U.S.) to try to stop the spread of AIDS. Why is it tha all the condems had holes in them and were considered defective?HMMMMMMMM.

Condoms do have microscopic holes, but so does everything! The question is whether HIV can fit through them, and the answer is no. HIV is very small, but it is too big to fit through latex. Several of my friends work with HIV in a lab, and I've asked them about this.

Now animal-skin condoms are another story. Although they protect against pregnancy, they DO NOT protect you from HIV because they are too porous.

Whether HIV was manufactured in a lab... I don't think there's any credible proof for or against that claim. It seems very far-fetched to me.

While it is true that the AIDS virus can penetrate condoms because they are technically small enough, condoms still drastically reduce the probability of transmission of the virus.

well the part about the condoms not protecting you completely is true but use a condom with smermicide like non oxennole 9 hope i spelled that right to be extra safe
