Would this kill AIDS?

Well u know how that Lysol kills 99.9% of bacteria and viruses, let's say someone injected Lysol into their blood stream (I know it would kill you faster than AIDS would lol, but I'm just being funny here) anyway if you injected alot of lysol into ur blood and into ur body, would it kill off the AIDS virus in ur body?

2) As the 1st answerer correctly said, AIDS does not kill you - it destroys the immune system so you cant fight off other diseases/infections that DO kill you
