I read with great interest last week's New York Times article reporting that scientists have disovered that AIDS is more prevalent in black people because the hole in the penis of the average black man is larger than the hole in the penis of other races. The AIDS virus is peculiarly large, and fits better through the holes in black penises than others. That is why it is easier for black men to transmit that virus to their partners than it is for other men. To me, this scientific discovery lends credence to the theory (which I had always thought was nutty) that someone intentionally created AIDS to devastate the black community. Why hasn't the rest of the media picked up on this? WHAT????
HIV is spread by having unprotected sex and sharing drug needles. While it is true that the virus is spreading fastest in young, black women it is because they are not insisting their partners uses condoms. The virus was not created to devastate the black community.

RISK FACTORS AND BARRIERS TO PREVENTION
Race and ethnicity, by themselves, are not risk factors for HIV infection. Even though HIV testing rates are higher for African Americans than for other racial and ethnic groups [5], African Americans are more likely to face challenges associated with risk for HIV infection, including the following.
Sexual Risk Factors
African American women are most likely to be infected with HIV as a result of sex with men [2]. They may not be aware of their male partners鈥?possible risks for HIV infection, such as unprotected sex with multiple partners, bisexuality, or injection drug use [6,7]. In a study of HIV-infected persons, 34% of African American men who have sex with men (MSM) reported having had sex with women, even though only 6% of African American women reported having had sex with a bisexual man [8].
Lack of Awareness of HIV Serostatus
Not knowing one鈥檚 HIV serostatus is risky for African American men and their partners. In a recent study of MSM in 5 cities participating in CDC鈥檚 National HIV Behavioral Surveillance, 46% of the African Americans were HIV-positive, compared with 21% of the whites and 17% of the Hispanics. The study also showed that of the participating MSM who tested positive for HIV, 64% of the African American men, 18% of the Hispanic men, 11% of the white men, and 6% of multiracial/other men were unaware of their HIV infection [9]. You are a liar because the New York Times would never write an article about such nonsense.
It's more prevalent in black people because in Africa, people use rape as a weapon. If you really read the paper, you would have read about what goes on in those Africa countries. what a load of bull What the hell? You have got to be kidding, right? As for the penis and african americans, it has nothing to do with with anything as it does not just take sexual intercourse to get HIV-the virus that leads to full blown AIDS. You can get HIV by snorting cocaine, blood transfusions...many ways.
And just to prove a point, AIDS is the final stages of HIV...and I can tell you, I find it highly unlikely a person with full blown or end stage AIDS will have the gusto to even have sexual intercourse for HIV to transfer!!

Now, I can also tell you on the subject of penises, that if a man is uncircumsized, the risk of catching an STD is higher simply because once the penis is retracted back into the foreskin, causing a nice warm environement to multiply. Now, the higher prevalence of African Americans verses any other population is simply due to stupidity and lack of self respect to oneself by not being careful-wearing condoms ect.... It is very difficult to get rid of because it hides inside human white blood cells where meds and vaccines can't get at it easily. A vaccine may be the best solution, but so far none have proven effective. no way That's a crock of Sh@t ! To say you are stupid would be an understatement.
