Cure of H.I.V./Aids from Primates?

Inferences have been made that H.I.V./Aids originated from primates in Africa and that the primates are immune to it but when humans come in contact with the H.I.V./Aids virus, they get infected by the virus. If this is true, then doesn't that mean that the primates have some sort of defense in their blood that prevent them from getting infected by the virus and that if scientist were to research more on primates, they'll be able to find the defense and provide it to humans to prevent us from getting the virus.

News flash that the pharmaceutical companies don't want you to know... There is already a cure for HIV/AIDS.

The monkeys are healthy and their immune systems keep up with the virus, same for humans but being we are deficient, our immune systems are deficient.

I know people personally, whose viral load went down and their T cells went up from the proper nutritional tools.

There are several theories about where HIV came from. They range from experiements with the polio vaccine to monkeys. The monkey theorys range from beastiality (sex with animals, in this case the monkey) to becomming infected during slaughter, cooking, and eating.

They naturally have the virus like humans naturally have ecoli in the digestive tract. Ecoli in the digestive tract is not an issue for most ppl, but if it gets in the blood stream can be fatal. Is the cure for ecoli in the human digestive tract?

It doesnt effect them like humans because of the dna differences. Yes they are primates and mammals, just like humans, but their genetic make up is still very different from humans.

The cure is not being hidden. Yes, things like diet and meds and proper hygiene can help control HIV, but it doesnt cure it.

We dont have a cure because it is still not completly understood EXACTLY how it works. Its hard to cure something you dont completly understand.
