Absolutely 1000% it was. It was designed to be invincible, yet not airborne. designed to discourage guys turning gay. To encourage stable straight marriage, etc.
Think of this: why only in USA & europe is AIDS a mostly gay disease, all other countries, it's spread thru straight relations mostly. Wonder why? Yes it was man made.I think the Epstein Barr Virus which is connected to lupus was mutated.Read the symptoms of lupus and compare it with HIV.The only difference is lupus isn't transmittable.
