Someone attacked by the aids virus doesn't look any different then anyone else. Unless their dieing, they'll look like anyone dieing from cancer. Alot of weight loss.

just as the above said they look like everyone else until their immune system fails,then they get any diseases that come their way,and certain cancers that might have viral origins like Burkitts lymphoma,TB is common but they get it much more severe because they dont have defences something like jumping of a plane without a parachute.but ARVs and a good lifestyle healthy diet ,exercise goes a long way in keeping them healthy and who knows the cure might be just round the conner
