As little as 2-4 months and as much as 10 years. umm.....it can take a lot of time as well as u can identify it in a short time....well..it starts with flu n fever like symptoms....after which u'll b fine...n then the 2nd phase of symptoms can appear after a week..or year....or in most of the cases..yearssss... The CDC currently recommends testing six months after the last possible exposure to HIV. the idenify the Aids virus, i akes minimum 2 months, i can be identified by a manner called "ELISA", if they find the HIV virus they use anoher manner caled "Western Blot" to be sure that he virus does exist in someone's blood! if they are negative then u should have nothing to worry about SOMETIMES YEARS ????????????????? There are no particular simptons and can about it through blood test with in a day.
