Conspiracy theorists say that it was created by the government, what do you think?

It seems pretty damn well designed, if you look at how the HIV virus itself is structured and the way it replicates itself. I'm no microbiologist, so I can't say for sure whether AIDS was a weapon created by our government, but it sure is a plausible idea.

Katrina: Developing countries are the ones with the highest populations starting out, they don't need to be populated. The planet is suffering from overpopulation as it is, we don't need billions more mouths to feed. Diseases that wipe out large portions of a population are probably more useful to governments wishing to control their people and combat overpopulation..

I don't think so, because if the gouvernment created it then they would have a cure. Anyway new countries needed to be developped and populated so why create a desease that kills. if it originated from chine (because they have such a huge population) i might believe it more, but since it doesn't well i don't believe it.
