Actually the virus has its origins in Africa. In the 1950s when the African government with the aid of the united nations began vaccinations for polio. HIV was introduced to the people in the vaccine. The polio vaccine was grown using Rhesus and Simian monkey which has a very similar viral infection. In fact they are cousins or genetically related. The vaccines for polio were contaminated with the HIV virus. There is a good book that talks about this occurrence called "The River". It was titled this because it was along this route that the virus spread and the polio vaccine was implemented. This may be a coincidence but some people think it was done on purpose. I think it was a medical mistake. The homosexual population is not mainly infected with it. It was first discovered in homosexual men in sanfransico in the early 1980s. That is why there is a miss conception about the virus. It was thought of being a gay mans punishment, this is most certainly wrong.

It did start in Africa, probably from an animal (such as a monkey). However, when it was transferred to us unhealthy humans (yes, our fault), our bodies couldn't defend it.

Anyway, it was massively spread through gay baths due to the irresponsibility of those that participated in sexual acts with random other gays in these bathhouses--all in the name of proving an "equality" and "gay-pride" point.

It is easier for gay males to get it because their anal sex causes microscopic tears in the skin, which the virus enters. It is easier for straight women to get it because their vaginal sex causes the same microscopic tears. The safest sex is lesbian sex. lol

HIV is very close to SIV, disease found in primates. It is possible that it was spread sexually, but more likely that it was caused by eating raw meat or organs, like the brain. This was a common practice in parts of Africa.

As per your question on homosexuality, let me point out that the viral prevalence in that community is not common throughout the world. Especially in Africa, it is far more common in heterosexual couples.

If you feel it is still logical to point out that god is punishing homosexual men because they are wrong by giving him this disease, let me take that logic one step further. This means that god thinks lesbians are just great, since they have the lowest occurance of HIV in this country.
