Do AIDS virus gets transmitted by kissing on lips.?

Blood, semen, vaginal fluids and breast milk contain HIV, the virus that causes AIDS. These need to be present in the body fluid for HIV to be transmitted. HIV does not live well in saliva and tends to die when it hits the air or becomes dried in any body fluids.

Technically, it is possible to spread HIV through saliva, but a number of things would have to happen making it highly, highly, highly, highly unlikely!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

They include:

The person who was spitting would need to be infected with HIV.
They would need to have blood in their saliva.
The HIV would have to survive in the saliva (HIV tends to dies in saliva).
The person being spit at would have to have an open cut that is not scabbed.
The saliva (about 8 ounces or more) would have to directly enter the cut.
Then maybe there would be a small, small chance of infection.
This is next to impossible and there are no well documented HIV/AIDS cases known to us!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

All this said, you still should not have any contact with another person's body fluids. It is unsafe and causes the spread of germs and other sicknesses. Try not to touch your friend's hands during times when mouthpieces are being worn and tell your teacher about the person spitting in your class. Wash your hands several times a day, especially before and after eating, and after you use the bathroom. If you have further questions, talk to your doctor or school nurse

No you cannot unless both people have bleeding cuts on thier mouths and they cross contaminate each other how old are you? you learn this in like the third grade. What?

YES.. If in case the partner having any wounds in her mouth or on her lips, and if the blood is concieved by you, there is possibility of getting AIDS to you also.
NO..If there is no wounds in her mouth or on her lips, and on your too.. there is no transmission.. As per my knowledge, AIDS VIRUS is not transmitted by their swet,their split and other.It is transmitted through Blood and Having Intercource with the infected person, and taking the same siringe..I apreciate your question...
