Newsflash: all blood stores oxygen. that's why we have blood. it carries oxygen to our cells. some oxygen does get stored in out blood plasma because it dissolves into actual aqueous fluid. the rest is carried around by hemoglobin, a protein that makes blood red. Turtles are reptiles, their chemistry is different from humans. |
