How AIDS virus differ from other kind of virus? why AIDS not curable?

Ok first some people on here can give medical advise expecially teh ones that are doctors or stuff like that and the ones who study this virus often like scientists and stuff.......


Answer: Aquired Immunodefiency Sydrome (AIDS) is not really a vrus it is a disease that is caused by the virus Human Immunodeficiency Virus (HIV) which is in ways controlable and even curable if reached in time but many people are not reached in time becasue the virus can lay dormant for many years then attack very quickly and turn into aids and kill the person.


If you still have questions let me know i have done extensive research on the subject since i was very young.

The main difference is that it's not curable. They haven't been able to develop a vaccine that works against it.

All viruses aren't curable. A cold is a virus. All they do is boost your immune system to combant the cold. They don't actually cure the virus. Viruses are supeior to human beings as they can mutate millions of times fast then humans.

EVERYTHING IS CUREABLE. THE CURE FOR LIFE IS DEATH, WHY GIVE IT A NAME LIKE THAT,BUT AGAIN IT AIDES YOU TO DEATH

because aids is a std virus and it attacks your immunsystem it kill the white blood cells and the white blood cell are the cells that fight off infection in your body and there currently isnt a cure for it.

AIDS is just like anyother virusi,ts caused by HIV which damages our immune system.well some other viruses also do the same bt there r vaccinies for curing them (it does nt kill the virus bt suppresses its action!)Till today scientists have nt been able to find an antigen as powerful to suppress HIV's action bt vaccinies for destroyin it r there bt they r nt used cause they harm our other body organels also.they r workin on to find antigens to stop its growth widout affectin our body.

Whoa, hold on there! Vaccines are cures?? excuse me? Vaccines are NOT cures! Vaccines are designed to look like a virus, but not act like it. In this way your body recognizes the virus if it is ever exposed to it. Since it had already been exposed to this virus(or so it thought because of the vaccine) and specific antibodies were already made, infection is prevented. HIV (the virus that causes AIDS) mutated often, and so far we have not been able to come up with a viable vaccine. There are some treatments for virus', but there is no cure for any virus out there.
