No.It was either man made, which would show that whoever made it was not very bright or, as some scientists have suggested, it has always been around in various other species and only now does it affect humans.

I believe it was man made. Was it intelligent? Obviously not. A mistake, not intentional. Splicing and dicing genetic material into vaccines is never a good thing. Just my humble opinion.
