Can the Aids Virus become a combat fighting Decease?

if the Virus was freindly to us instead of deadly could it fight off cancer and all deaseases that baffle us

Ummm are you asking if AIDS could be used as a form of biological warfare against our enemies in the world, or if - hypothetically - the AIDS virus were "friendly" it could fight off all the "unfriendly" diseases individuals get? If that's your question, then it's kind of dumb, no offense lol. There are plenty of hypotheticals like that - "if alcohol made us superhuman isn't of drunk and sloppy, could it kill cancer?" Listen, the HIV virus and consequent auto-immunodeficiency syndrome means that the virus attacks our own immune systems, making it more difficult and, if severe enough, impossible to for our bodies to fight off infections as harmless as the common cold. How in the hell could AIDS beat anything as bad as cancer?? If in a perfect world ANY virus could fight another virus or disease, then what a wonderful world it would be. But it's somewhat pointless to ask "what if's" about things that could never happen. Think about the real possibilities of things that could realistically cure cancer and other diseases - including HIV/AIDS!! - and that's a better direction for science to take.

p.s. If you were asking about HIV being a form of biological warfare, that's a pretty slow way to kill enemies; it can do long-term harm to a mass population, but big deal; AIDS is already killing mass numbers of people in Africa. Besides, HIV is difficult to transmit - it either has to get into the bloodstream or be transmitted through saliva, semen, or female vaginal excretions - how you would transmit it to large numbers of enemies is beyond me! Get an infected soldier and make him rape as many women as he can?? How exhausting for him! And even then it's not guaranteed that the woman would contract it. Stick to something like small pox, bubonic plague, tuberculosis, or any antibiotic-resistanct bacteria if you're going to use biowarfare. (NOT THAT I'M ADVOCATING ANY OF THIS!!!!)

if da enemy uses it......but we don't let any1 that has a std in war
