Can anyone get AIDS from oral sex or does the stomach acid kill the virus? Yes you can get HIV from oral sex. While oral sex is considered to be low risk (compared with unprotected vaginal or anal sex) it is still a risk. Yes you can get aids from any bodily fluid such as vaginal secretions, sperm, or urine. After it gets into your body, there is no way to get it out and it will eventually kill you. It can only enter your body through an open cut/wound, mouth or the area down below. the chance of this is 10% told to me by a doctor Aids or HIV?
