Reaction to Rev Wright's recent words?

Aside from the fact that I do not believe the Fed Govt created the Aids virus...

I am so shocked, what I am most shocked about is the arrogance of the recipients and the lack of interest to really listen to what he has to say...

I love America and when in America someone is demonized for speaking in a straight forward manner and from a different point of view which includes a critique people's ears only hear offense and otherwise shut down.

I would not mind having Rev Right at my dinner table any day...

I would also love to see a debate between Rev Wright and Alan Keyes it would be so invigorating!!!

I love the truth, and that includes hearing a critical point of view!!!

I think you are right. Yes, the whole HIV claim is absurd (if in fact he does claim that; the quote in the article I read referencing that was pretty vague.

Many of the other things he has said, however, have smelled suspiciously like truth, or even if not, they were issued without the usual pandering, roundabout phrases common in politics.

You don't see the problems with what he says?
He has a blatant and deep racial bias while saying he represents God....
Full of half-truths, so much negative spin about America...
If people really listen to him it really is troubling... he is a purveyor of inciting division, sees everything through color, and has deep misconceptions and bias.

I will certainly be praying for this man tonight. If there is one thing I have to thank Rev. Wright for, it's for making me want to be a better Christian than he and a better person than what he represents himself to be.
