when i open my internet explorer automatically comes http://www.malwarecore.com/?aid=246 this .web adress.let me know what is this and suggest how can remove this problem

First, look at browser homepage - is it set to that URL? If yes, set it to blank.
Second, pick up online scanning service:

and do a thorough scan. Wait until detections are removed. For better results, restart and run another scanner - there are chances something is missed/not deleted as each AV scanner has its own database of malware signatures.

i suggest not sharing this address because other people will get viruses from visiting the site.. don't download the software because ti installs another virus.. download avg and scan and delete all of the viruses.
