I am getting big lumps on my skin, they are fairly big, with the area around them red, but not sore?

I want to know if this could be the symptoms of the aids virus?

Uhhh...I don't think it's aids; probably just a bug bite. Ticks leave a bullseye shaped rash, but I don't think there's a bump in the middle. Either way, you should get them checked since ticks can give you lyme disease which will only become full blown in a few months.
