Because God isn't real.... i'm sorry, but what is the explanation for those things if God exists?

I have cerebral palsy, and ADHD, it really isn't a reason to not believe in God. Everything went into chaos, when death entered the world. Because of our sin, we must live a life of suffering, where our lives will not be easy nor our bread be given to us any longer. We know that God is loving and just because we are still here, and he has made a way for us to be redeemed from our evil ways.

God gave us free will. That leaves the door open for a lot of screwing up. Some people say Satan, but I think that's the same as blaming God...a cop out.

Oh and Hell is the absence of God, so I guess we're to blame for that too. I'm still looking for the reference that says God created Hell. I haven't found it yet.

God didn't make you consume things and not take care of your body so that you get Diabetes (unfortunately this runs in my family so I know more than I want to about that disease). If you're asking why God doesn't plop down and solve the world's problems...the better question is...would we let Him?

To use the Diabetes example again, my relative knows this will kill her if she doesn't take the medicine and change her diet. Yet she fights it every step of the way. Now I know she would live healthier if I made her do it, but would that force improve the quality of her life or just increase the longevity?

Changing gears, if you give a child a toy and she destroys it. Is it your fault because you gave them a toy? How about a little less passing the buck and a little more stepping up and taking responsibility for our own lives? Most people just want a face to blame, because then it's not their fault...but a lot of things that are wrong with the world, wouldn't be if we were more careful with our own "improved" lifestyles.

Yes, sometimes bad things happen to good people. But usually those "bad" things are caused by "bad" people. You have a choice...free will, if God didn't allow that then we probably wouldn't have to worry about your list.

Again it's quality of life. If I said I could erase your list, but you'd have to live my way...could you do it? Would you? It's easy to say yes when you know it's not possible...but if it was, could you still do it?

What you're saying is, if God is all-powerful and if He is loving, then He surely doesn't want these diseases to affect His children and He has the power to remove them. Why doesn't He, right?

This is the same old problem of evil. If God exists and He is all loving and more powerful than evil, why does evil exist?

Well my friend, all these things, these diseases and all evil, including satan are not meant to exist forever. In fact, the day will come when all these things will not exist anymore. So the question is, why do they still exist today right? Why doesn't God do something, right?

Well, what if God did do something? What if He did send us the antidote and the recipe for these things to never exist? What if there was a way that these things disappear.

So here, the answer is simple. When disorder starts spreading, it is not God's fault. It is like saying it's God's fault you bleed if you take a knife and cut yourself. Well how is that God's fault? What you are really asking is, not why isn't God doing something about these things, right?

He is. Every day. God offers us healing every day in His Church. Everywhere. But who takes it? Who rushes to receive the Eucharist? Who? So, if the antidote to the poison is here and God is begging us to receive it, can we blame God if we're still sick? God is not a tyrant. He will not force us to become cured. He offers us the medicine but it is up to us to take it, freely. If we refuse it and remain sick, and get sicker and sicker, can we still dare to blame God?
