Apocalypse?

lets say tomorrow the world was going to end by a virus turning us into superhumans such as zombies and you could pick 10 items to keep you from becoming infected what would they be?for example here are my ideas.
1.FN FAL 308 WIN w/ a drum mag
2.apc w/ a full tank of gas
3.phone w/full battery
4.colt1911 6 inch barrel w/ a 20 rnd mag
5.wind up radio
6.AA12 shotgun w/drum mag
7.cb radio
8.machete
9.sharpener
10.first aid kit
note:i will be traveling so i will be able to aquire essentials and tools

these are all vey good ideas but i was talking about singular items and yes they are all full when you start out

1. My AK47 with all my mags loaded and plenty of spare ammuntion.
2. My Ruger GP100 and several boxes of shells
3. My PA-63 with all three mags loaded and lots of extra shells.
4. My Stevens 954 rifle for hunting small game to eat along the way.
5. My gas mask with a couple extra filters.
6. My survival kit: which contains two first aid kits, a skinning knife, several packs of batteries, my canteen, my water purification tablets, a survival knife with the matches, compass, wire saw, and fishing stuff in the handle, a map of my state, a few space blankets, my military shovel, a military tent, a two week supply of my medications, a bible, a journal, a 35mm camera, a pen and pencil, etc, etc, etc,
7. My Cadillac Deville
8. My big scary looking bowie knife
9. My tactical gear
10. My Remmington 870 Express Magnum with lots of 12 gauge shells.

Sound ok?

Well....
1. Hunting knife
2. Dad's 12 gauge Mossberg (only decent shotgun in the house)
3. Shell belt for said gun.
4. Water purifier
5. First Aid kit
6. Duct tape
7. Lighter/matches in plastic bag/firestarter
8. Some type of radio
9. Some sort of revolver in .357, .44, or something else large. (For suicide should I become infected or get swarmed by them)
10. Flashlight
I figure I can just steal a car if I need one, and bust into houses for food and such. I would probably be headed for the woods.

1. an astronaut suit - so they cannot get to me.
2. a country road bag - to carry food and water (those bags are HUGE)
3. a doctor - to cure me if i become infected.
4. a video camera - to tape my brutal journey (and for the government, like Cloverfield)
5. a loved one - to help me out in hard times.
6. a space ship - to live in space.
7. a computer and the Sims 2 - when i get bored :)
8. uh a piece of paper - to write down more ideas.
9. a pen - to write more ideas.
10. an eraser - to rub out stupid ideas.

How the hell does a gun protect you from a virus?

I want a 20x30 room buried 30 feet underground with solar power and biofilters and a ten year supply of food and water , and a real doll
