What if Human's are just Viruses?

I was recentaly studying AIDS in school (10nth Grade)-
I learned this virus destroys white blood cells that kill viruses and the antibodies for it only attract the white blood cell, it engolfs (eats) the virus but then the white blood cell explodes from inside

intelligent organism which sustains itself through rapid multiplication, adaptation to the environment and constant evolution in order to take control of it's host and maximise survival chances. Hmmm.. don't you think that sounds like humans? What if we were nothing but a smart virus infecting the earth, which may simply be a cell inside the 'universe' of cells within another living organism?? I bet those living cells within our bodies have no idea the 'endless' dark space around them is actually simply the inside of a person..? Unfortunately, most viruses eventually end up destroying their host... Your thoughts?

maybe this is where science meets spiritualism.. the 'soul' keeps living.. goes to another 'place'.. maybe this is the point of evolution, of moving to the next cell? A change of structure, of existence?

You're definately reading too much into this, we are just what we are - the human race advancing with the futures of societies needs. All living organisms have the same goal - survival.

Cells work a lot differently to human beings, I have just studied cells and the HIV and AIDS virus for 6hrs in my human biology lesson today.
Cells are completely controlled by chemical reactions, not living minds, and a human body is completely different to Earth.
If you study the components of a cell you will see that they do not have any intelligence as humans do and only follow one function, determined by it's chemicals.
The cells in our bodies will never evolve into larger, self-aware living beings, they will always be cells - it wouldn't work any other way.

When you say our soul goes to another place, like the next cell, do you mean take on a new form of a human body?
Some people believe in reincarnation, but the human brain is too complex to decide that our souls transfer into an unborn baby, with absolutely no physical or mental contact with an unborn baby. This is still impossible in scientific terms.

We've already been compared to viruses. The concept isn't new.
