What are the chances of catching aids through one encounter?

i realize having unprotected sex is gableing with your life . but lets say the following ..

unprotected sex for 3 minutes
your a male
the female has aids

are you always forsure to catch the virus?

what are the numbers/odds are? give me percentage or proportions thanks
