If the Aids Virus made your teeth and eyes fall out would you stop having unprotected sex?

It seems like slowly dying is not scary enough. What are your thoughts?

It's not about the unprotected sex, it's about the perception that a person is not at risk. It's also the knowledge that there are medications out there that I can take and will live a long time so HIV is not a big deal for a lot of people.

The concept that HIV will kill a person does not resonate with a lot of people any more. If "I" get IT, it's no big deal. Just look at the ads for HIV medications, all active, healthy people who look great. Why people who know nothing about HIV don't understand is the diarrhea, the vomiting, the side effect of taking the medications.

I think some people don't even look at the consequences. Even if they know that would happen. For me just the thought of pregnancy and diseases was enough for me before I got married.

A lot of teens just throw caution to the wind. I don't know why considering getting Aids is a nasty thing.

since the virus kills, I don't think it would even slow people down, at the rate it has spread, that is obvious

There is no proof it does anything, much less cause your teeth or eyes to fall out..
