Anyone who sits in a racist organization for 20 years, especially a racist organization that pretends to be a religion is not fit for any office, or even decent or civilized company. They are as evil as the preacher that they listen to.

Its stuff like this that makes me hope that the god that the Christians worship is listening so he can justly "reward" the parishioners. Unfortunately, there is just as good of a chance that the evil god that they actually worship will help and reward them. The Christians would probably label this god as one of their devils or demons.

Yes. Why do you have such a problem with the first amendment? Ever heard of freedom of speech? Every heard of the separation of church and government? Rev. Wright said some dumb things, but he did it in a church and that speech is protected. If you disagree with it, criticize it. But, beyond that, you are on shaky ground when you say someone who listens to rants like Wright's are changed by those rants. Are people who listen to Limbaugh changed by his rants? I find what Limbaugh says every bit as offensive as what Wright said.

See those people in the congregation and behind wright who were hoopin' and hollerin'? guess what. that wasn't the first time they have hooped and hollered. it's the tone of the congregation. that was there EVERY Sunday, you know.
